MMPI - $475 Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory.

Sensory Profile - $75  Gives clear view of what senses provide the most challenge to us.

Hawthorne ADHD Questionnaire - $75  Parent and teacher questionnaire to determine degree of attention problems.

WAIS Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale - $375  Normed short form of the WAIS.
