If you are interested
in living the rest of your life in a more calm manner, no
matter what is happening in your life, it may be time to
come to a small workshop or have a private session to get
acquainted with Open Focus.
This is a new way of
being flexible in the attention of every day life and
challenges. Commitment to practice is necessary,
however, practice is a daily, on-going experience, not
meditation.
You can begin here, and
use it as you need it, for anxiety, for hypertension, for
pain. We can also show you how your brain is working
with and without Open Focus by watching your brain on a
monitor. That is not mandatory, however, and only used
when you request it.
Call the office to
schedule some time privately or ask when the next set of
three workshops will be. In any case, if you can buy
the book, or get it at the library, there is a CD in the
back, and it will start you nicely on the ability to learn
flexible attention. |
